- Wash your teeth
- Dry the front part of your teeth with a tissue or a cloth
- Apply a thin gel layer onto the fore part of your teeth
- Let it dry for 30 seconds, possibly keeping your mouth open
- Wait 30 seconds before drinking, eating or smoking
- Wash your mouth
